The City of Auburn, Illinois is accepting applications to fill a Payroll Clerk/Administrative Assistant position vacancy in the Auburn City Office.
Key Responsibilities
The position of Payroll Clerk/Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for performing functions dealing with payroll, human resources, and benefit management. The position is also responsible for assisting the Utility Billing Clerk with processing payments, answering telephones, assisting walk in and drive-thru customers’ payments and questions. Additional duties include assisting with zoning, processing building permits, normal office functions and other duties as assigned.
