Building Permits
A building permit is required before commencement of most building work. In many cases the builder or architect/draftsperson obtains the permit on behalf of the property owner.
A building permit form may be downloaded, filled out and submitted to the City Utility Office along with the appropriate fees, prior to starting construction.
